Questions
Guitar lesson questions
Do I need my own guitar?
A guitar at home makes practice much easier. If you don't have one yet, ask your teacher which size and type fits the student before you buy.
What age can my child start guitar?
Students can start as young as 6, and younger beginners often play a smaller guitar. Our guide What age should your child start music lessons? walks through how to tell.
Acoustic or electric?
Either. Our teachers work with both, and many students start on whichever guitar they already have.
Do you teach bass guitar?
Yes. Book a bass guitar lesson and you'll see open times with our bass teacher.
Can I learn the songs I want to play?
Yes. Teachers build the songs you love into lessons while developing technique and rhythm.
